Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Please note that shipping may take longer during busy periods.
Items will be shipped using a delivery method appropriate to the quantity and weight of the products. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice. Please contact the carrier to arrange a convenient delivery time.

For domestic deliveries within Japan, orders usually arrive within 1–2 days after shipment. Deliveries to remote islands, certain regions, or overseas destinations may require additional time.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to store holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping fees vary depending on the type, size, quantity, and combination of items, as well as the destination.
All orders are shipped from Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
Shipping fees include handling charges.

Items within A4 size / thickness under 3 cm / under 1 kg : Flat rate within Japan: ¥500
Items within A4 size / thickness over 3 cm (regardless of quantity) : Shipped via Yamato Transport – 60 size
Books (3 or more copies) : Shipped via Yamato Transport – 60 or 80 size
Records (1–10 items) : Shipped via Yamato Transport – 80 size

Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase using your Amazon account. You can pay using the credit card and address registered with Amazon.

If a return or exchange is requested for the customer’s convenience, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued for the product price plus consumption tax.
If shipping fees or cash-on-delivery (COD) fees were charged, these fees will be deducted and only the product price will be refunded.
If payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer. The bank transfer fee will be covered by our store.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed by canceling the credit card transaction for the purchase amount.

After completing your purchase, please download the file using the URL provided in the order confirmation email. If you have a download code, access the URL listed and follow the on-screen instructions to download the file.

▪︎ For customers using an iPhone, iPad, or other iOS devices
Please first download the file to a computer, then sync it with your iOS device to use it.

※ It is possible to download the file directly to the “Files” folder on your device using Safari, but the file cannot be transferred to iTunes or the Camera Roll on the device. You can upload the file to services such as Dropbox if needed.
※ Downloads using Chrome are not supported.
