At times these fragments appear before us as events; at others, as perceptual experiences. Time exists in innumerable layers, intersecting and accumulating like sediment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePerhaps it is only through photography that we are able to witness these overlapping strata of time—where past and present converge, and where the cross-sections of time become visible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOver the past several years, I have photographed and edited this body of work continuously while moving between Berlin, Paris, Vienna, New York, Tokyo, and other cities. Drawing inspiration from the concept of \u003cem\u003eTwo-Eyed Seeing\u003c\/em\u003e, I approached the editing process by weaving together two distinct perspectives on time: one grounded in events, the other in phenomena.
